At Continental Wholesale, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. As a wholesale supplier, we handle large-volume orders, and therefore our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order details (invoice number)
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

Upon verification, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement, or
  • Issue a credit note for the affected items

3. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of wholesale and food distribution, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Over-ordering
  • Perishable goods (unless faulty or incorrect)
  • Products that have been opened, used, or not stored correctly

All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unopened and in resalable condition
  • Approved by our team prior to return

4. Return Process

Returns must be authorised in advance by our customer service team.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

If approved:

  • Customers may be required to return goods at their own cost, unless agreed otherwise
  • Alternatively, we may arrange collection depending on the situation

5. Refunds & Credit Notes

As a wholesale business, we primarily issue credit notes rather than refunds.

Refunds (if applicable) will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method
  • Completed within a reasonable timeframe after approval

6. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking orders at the time of collection or delivery
  • Ensuring correct storage and handling of goods after receipt

Continental Wholesale is not responsible for issues arising after goods have been accepted and signed for.
