How Can I Start the Return Process?
You can start the return process within 30 days from the product delivery date by calling the phone number 0850 200 40 00.
Return Conditions:
All returns must be made without damaging the original box and product packaging (protection tape).
The original invoice must be sent along with the return/exchange request.
Electronic products and mobile phones are under authorized service warranty. If there is an issue with the product or if it is a defective product, after being documented by the authorized service, it will be accepted as a return along with all accessories. For mobile phones, the product’s box will be opened to stamp the warranty document inside, and the product will be delivered with its original packaging open.
For electronic products requiring installation, if any damage/defect/issue is detected after the authorized service technician opens it, a damage report must be filled out. Products opened outside the authorized service control or without a damage report cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products delivered with a shipping document must be opened in the presence of the courier. If there is no damage, opening, impact, wetness, etc., on the product's outer packaging, but the product is still damaged, the situation must be documented with a report signed by both parties. The courier is obliged to give one copy of the report to the customer. The damage report for the product and the original invoice must be sent along with the return/exchange request.
Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
- Products or services whose price fluctuates depending on financial market changes and are not under the seller’s control are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Products specially produced or customized according to personal preferences, or those modified, are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Products that may spoil quickly or those with an expiration date are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and whose protective packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened after delivery, are not eligible for return/exchange. (Underwear, swimsuits, personal care products, cosmetics, etc.)
- Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in a physical medium cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
- Periodic publications such as newspapers and magazines are not eligible for return/exchange, except for those provided under subscription contracts.
- Products related to accommodation, furniture transportation, car rental, food & beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible products delivered immediately are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Daily consumables like food and beverages, delivered to the consumer’s home or workplace within the seller’s regular delivery framework, are not eligible for return/exchange.
